Skin tags are growths of extra skin, commonly occurring over the neck, armpits and groin areas. Generally, multiple skin tags are seen in overweight and obese individuals. However, skin tags can occur in completely normal individuals also.

Warts
Warts are projections of skin noted on face, hands and feet, although any body site can be affected. It is a viral infection, and when occurring in the genitals regions can be transmitted sexually. Molluscum
Molluscum is shiny pearl-like swelling on the skin, most commonly seen over the face of children, but other areas can be involved. It can occur in adults also, especially in females over face due to threading by use of infected thread and in persons with HIV. It is a viral infection.
It may improve on its own with time but there is a isk of spreading lesions, so it is always best to treat at the earliest when there are only a few lesions. Treatment options differ based on the age of the child, the size and the number of lesions. Several options are available including creams, chemical cautery, laser, needling etc.
